The 4 Elements
One night, a meteoroid fell from outer space and collided with the ground in the forest. The meteoroid was filled with a magical substance, and it spilled to the forest floor. Everything that was touching the floor immediately gained powers like no other, the powers of the elements.

The Code you have to follow as a Fighter. If you break these rules too many times, when you die your soul will never be at rest.

Defend your Tribe, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from other Tribes, but your loyalty must remain to your's.

Do not hunt or trespass on another Tribe's territory.

Queens and kittens must be fed before pupils and fighters. Unless they have permission, pupils may not eat until they have hunted to feed the seniors.

Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to Mother Elemental for its life.

A kitten must be at least six months old to become an pupil.

Newly appointed fighters will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their warrior name.

A cat cannot be made delegate without having mentored at least one pupil.

The delegate will become Tribe leader when the leader dies or retires.

After the death or retirement of the leader, the new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.

A Gathering of all four Tribes is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Tribes at this time.

Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing power cats.

No fighter can neglect a kitten in pain or danger, even if the kitten is from a different Tribe.

The word of the Tribe leader is law.

An honorable fighter does not need to kill other power cats to win his/her battles, unless they are outside the fighter code or it is necessary for self-defense.

A fighter rejects the soft life of a Housecat.

Menders cannot mate or have kits.
